I had an okay experience at this hotel considering the price I paid. The upgrade to a private bungalow was a lovely surprise, and the staff treated us exceptionally well throughout our stay. The beach was nice, but swimming wasn't allowed, and the pool could use some cleaning. Dining was hit or miss; while the breakfast had a wide selection, the quality raised some concerns. Overall, I think the hotel has potential but needs improvements in cleanliness and dining quality.

While the beach was beautiful, swimming wasn't allowed and the pool had some cleanliness issues. The staff was truly amazing, checking in on us regularly and even providing complimentary foot massages. On the downside, the dining options left much to be desired, with concerns about food safety and quality.

My stay at this resort was a mixed bag. While I was thrilled with the free upgrade to a private bungalow, the overall experience had its share of challenges. The staff treated us incredibly well, but the dining options were quite average, and some facilities like the pool were in need of better maintenance. The beach was beautiful, but the location required a bit of effort to get to better dining options nearby.

The resort is a bit removed from the main dining options, so we had to rent a scooter to explore. It wasn't the most convenient location, especially for grabbing meals.
Dining

Dining was underwhelming, especially with the breakfast buffet where food was left at room temperature for too long. Dinner options weren't great either, leading us to seek other places to eat.

The pool could use a serious clean-up, as the water was dirty, which detracted from the otherwise nice setup.

My stay at the hotel was decent considering the price I paid. While the ocean view room was lovely and I was thrilled with the upgrade to a private bungalow, the overall experience had its drawbacks. The beach was nice but restricted for swimming, and the pool was a big letdown due to unclean water. The staff treated us exceptionally well, but the dining options were quite average and a bit concerning in terms of food safety. Overall, the hotel has potential but it needs some serious improvements.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The price for the ocean view room felt reasonable, especially with the surprise upgrade to a private bungalow, which was a highlight. The beach and pool areas had potential but were not the best, and the dining could definitely use improvement. Overall, I think the place could shine with some improvements and care.
